Hands-on experience working on LATAM country implementations
Need Oracle Financials Cloud Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR) and hands-on experience in Oracle Financials Cloud implementations across LATAM countries. The ideal candidate should have strong functional knowledge of AR processes, LATAM regional business requirements, and experience delivering end-to-end Oracle Cloud Financials implementations.
Lead requirement gathering and solution design sessions with business stakeholders
Configure and implement Oracle Financials Cloud Accounts Receivable (AR) module
Manage AR processes including billing, receipts, collections, adjustments, and reconciliation
Support end-to-end implementation lifecycle including CRP, SIT, UAT, and production support
Work on data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities
Collaborate with technical teams for integrations and reporting requirements
Ensure compliance with LATAM localization and regional financial practices
Support quarterly upgrades, testing, and issue resolution
Required Skills & Experience
Strong experience in Oracle Financials Cloud AR module
Experience in Oracle Cloud Financials implementations
Strong understanding of Order to Cash and Record to Report processes
Experience in requirement documentation, FIT-GAP analysis, and testing cycles
Good stakeholder management and communication skills
