Remote role :Salesforce Business Analyst (BA) Remote (US) | 12 Months

Senior Salesforce Business Analyst with exceptional functional and business analysis expertise to support enterprise Salesforce initiatives. The ideal candidate will partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.

Required Skills:

Strong Business Analysis experience, including 7+ years as a Salesforce Business Analyst.
Strong expertise in requirements elicitation, functional analysis, gap analysis, and business process improvement.
Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, process flows, and functional specifications.
Deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Experience.
Ability to translate business requirements into functional Salesforce solutions while collaborating with admins, developers, and architects.
Strong experience facilitating stakeholder workshops, requirement validation, and solution walkthroughs.
Experience with Agile/Scrum, Jira, Confluence, and UAT planning/execution.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst certification is a plus.
