Summary

Location: Tulsa, OK
Salary: $20.00 USD Hourly - $23.00 USD Hourly
Description:

Position: IT Helpdesk Support

Location: Tulsa, OK (Onsite)

Duration: 3-6 months Contract

Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in IT support or related field
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Certifications: Must obtain CompTIA A+ within 6 months and MCP within 12 months of hire
  • Preferred Skills: Training or certifications in A+, Network+, MCDST, MCP, or HDI


Skills & Competencies

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Effective communication (verbal and written)
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for user support
