RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an Agile Leader in Birmingham, AL.

Overview:
A large financial services partner is seeking an Agile Leader to support a major transformation within its Consumer Lending technology organization. This role operates at the intersection of Agile delivery, portfolio management, and business/technical analysis, helping coordinate initiatives across multiple product and engineering teams.

The ideal candidate brings strong Agile delivery experience combined with the analytical mindset of a Business Systems Analyst. This individual will work across a large technology portfolio supporting consumer lending products including digital platforms, collections, and related services. The successful candidate will play a key role in helping the organization scale Agile delivery across its consumer lending technology portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead Agile portfolio coordination across multiple teams within the Consumer Lending technology organization
* Write and manage portfolio-level epics and drive alignment across engineering, architecture, and technical leadership teams
* Facilitate collaboration between product owners, engineers, architects, and technical managers to ensure initiatives move forward effectively
* Support the organization's transition from a legacy internal system to Jira-based portfolio management
* Perform analysis to understand cross-team dependencies and help align delivery across multiple verticals
* Use Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) to coordinate work across approximately 50+ delivery teams
* Identify process improvements and drive greater visibility into delivery progress and risks
* Communicate updates, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders ranging from frontline staff to senior leadership
* Proactively engage stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements, clarify priorities, and remove obstacles

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree required
* 7+ years of experience working in Agile environments

Strong experience with:
* Agile delivery and Agile project management
* Managing Agile initiatives or portfolios
* Atlassian Jira
* Process management and cross-team coordination
* Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate across all organizational levels, from engineers to senior leaders
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand both business and technical requirements

Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with banking or financial services
* Experience with Confluence and Lucidchart/Lucid
* Experience supporting portfolio-level Agile initiatives or enterprise transformation efforts
* Experience with risk reporting
* Agile certifications (nice to have but not required)

Ideal Candidate Profile:
This role is best suited for someone who:
* Has the leadership and influence of an Agile coach, but prefers working directly within delivery rather than coaching alone
* Is comfortable operating with minimal supervision and proactively engaging stakeholders
* Can think broadly across multiple technology verticals and identify cross-team dependencies
* Has the technical awareness of a Business Systems Analyst while also leading Agile coordination across teams

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
