Design and develop full-stack applications using C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core/.NET 9, MVC, and Entity Framework
Build and maintain scalable applications using Microsoft Azure services (App Service, Azure SQL, Azure Functions)
Develop and optimize SQL Server databases, including schema design and performance tuning
Create and integrate RESTful APIs and enterprise system interfaces
Collaborate with UI/UX teams to integrate front-end components with backend services
Work with GIS data and integrate geospatial systems into enterprise applications
Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high-quality deliverables
Maintain technical documentation including system architecture and workflows
Ensure adherence to security standards, best practices, and development guidelines
Participate in Agile development processes and team collaboration
Support knowledge transfer and documentation for broader organizational use
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, GIS, or a related field (Master s preferred)
8+ years of experience as a full-stack .NET developer
Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core/.NET 9, MVC, and Entity Framework
Experience with SQL Server and database development, including performance tuning
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services
Solid front-end experience with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React or Angular
Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
Experience working with geospatial data and databases (SQL Server, Oracle Spatial, PostgreSQL/PostGIS)
Familiarity with web-based GIS visualization and mapping libraries
Experience with version control tools such as Git/GitHub
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
Experience with Azure DevOps or similar ALM tools
Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Microsoft Azure certifications
Experience leading development efforts or mentoring teams
Experience working with cross-functional and non-technical stakeholders
