The role focuses on implementing and integrating a risk assessment AI tool within the broader Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) ecosystem. You will work closely with cross-functional teams using tools like Jira, MS Project, and other workflow platforms to ensure seamless system integration and project execution.

Required Skills & Experience
7+ years of experience managing system implementation or integration projects
Strong ability to understand business processes and translate them into actionable requirements
Experience working with cross-functional teams, including compliance, risk, and legal
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project)
Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) systems
Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems

Daily Responsibilities
Drive day-to-day execution of GRC system implementation and integration
Partner with compliance, risk, legal, and technology teams to gather and refine requirements
Translate business processes into clear requirements, workflows, and user stories
Manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, and risks
Facilitate project meetings, track action items, and provide status updates
Develop and maintain project artifacts, including requirements, workflows, and test scripts
Coordinate and support user acceptance testing (UAT)
Ensure alignment across stakeholders to keep deliverables on track and within scope
