This is a senior-level transportation engineering and project management role with real autonomy. You'll lead roadway and transportation infrastructure projects across Southern California, working directly with public agencies, internal design teams, and junior engineers.

Job Details

Responsibilities
Lead transportation and roadway design projects from planning through delivery
Manage scope, schedules, and budgets
Coordinate with public agencies and review authorities
Oversee design quality and mentor engineering staff
Support proposals and client relationships as needed

Qualifications
BS in Civil Engineering
10+ years of transportation engineering experience
California PE required
Experience working with Caltrans and local agencies preferred
