Job Description Technical Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects integrating CXOne and Salesforce platforms within a dynamic healthcare environment. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and a deep understanding of healthcare operations. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives, regulatory requirements, and deliver exceptional patient and provider experiences. - Oversee end-to-end project management for CXOne and Salesforce implementations, upgrades, and integrations. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. - Work closely with business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors to gather requirements, define project goals, and communicate progress. - Translate business needs into technical specifications. Coordinate with developers, architects, and QA teams to ensure solutions are robust, scalable, and compliant. - Identify potential risks and issues early. Develop mitigation strategies and maintain clear documentation throughout the project lifecycle. - Drive continuous improvement by analyzing workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and recommending enhancements to maximize efficiency and quality. - Ensure all solutions adhere to healthcare regulations and company security standards. - Maintain comprehensive project documentation, status reports, and dashboards for leadership and stakeholders. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years of project management experience in healthcare or related industry. - Proven track record managing CXOne and Salesforce projects. - Experience with cloud-based platforms, CRM, and contact center technologies. - Strong understanding of CXOne and Salesforce architecture, APIs, and integration methods. - Familiarity with healthcare data standards and interoperability. - Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Apptio/TargetProcess, ServiceNow). - Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
