Summary

As a Sales Support Analyst at Nasdaq, you'll play a key role in enabling our sales teams to deliver exceptional client experiences. Working within our Revenue Operations team, you'll manage contract lifecycles, resolve client inquiries, and provide research and analytical support for Nasdaq's Global Data Products-solutions that bring transparency to markets worldwide.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to make a direct impact on client success.

Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid - 2 days per week in office)

Responsibilities
  • Partner with sales teams to deliver seamless support and resolve client and contract-related requests.
  • Manage the contract lifecycle for Global Data Products clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on market data ordering processes and client workflows.
  • Coordinate research, administrative tasks, and small projects with competing deadlines.
  • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities while maintaining a client-first mindset.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales support, client services, or revenue operations.
  • Proven experience supporting fast-paced, global service teams or cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all organizational levels.
  • Self-organized, adaptable, and skilled at managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

Nice-to-Have
  • Experience with contract lifecycle management or Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with the market data or financial services industry.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills in complex or ambiguous situations.
