This role requires strong analytical skills, independent decision-making, and the ability to translate business priorities into actionable technical work.
About the RoleThe Product Owner will guide design, development, and delivery activities, ensuring products are fully developed and ready for customer use. You will monitor performance, identify improvements, and provide timely updates to leadership. This role may also include conducting feasibility studies, managing field trials, defining product requirements, and engaging directly with customers to understand needs and market trends.
You will work with minimal supervision, making decisions on work approaches-even in ambiguous situations-while following established procedures and aligning with organizational strategy.
Required Qualifications- 3+ years of technical experience
- 5+ years of product ownership and/or project management experience supporting conversational AI and/or Interactive Voice Response (IVR) technologies
- Experience working within the SAFe Agile framework using Azure DevOps and/or Jira Align
- A strong passion for improving customer and consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications- Bachelor's degree
- Six Sigma Certification
- Experience supporting IBM Watson Voice and/or Chat solutions
