Role Overview

We are seeking a Product Owner to lead technology delivery initiatives and ensure the successful execution of strategic projects. This role bridges business needs and technology solutions, driving product vision, prioritization, and delivery. The Product Owner will collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to define requirements, manage backlogs, and deliver high-quality technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap for technology delivery initiatives.
  • Align product goals with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring clarity and alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Partner with technology teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of features and enhancements.
  • Monitor progress, manage risks, and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams.
  • Analyze performance metrics and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
Required Qualifications

Experience: 3+ years of experience in product ownership, technology delivery, or related roles. A proven track record of managing technology projects in Agile environments is required.

Technical Skills: A strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is necessary. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is also required.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Experience with Agile tools such as Jira.
