Looking for Senior SAP Consultant (10+ years)
Strong SAP Retail experience required; SAP SD secondary
Must have hands-on retail process knowledge (promotions, store ops, store sales)
AMS / Production support experience required – able to troubleshoot live issues
Experience with S/4HANA required
Fiori related to Retail / Store Ops preferred
Knowledge of SAP CAR, POS integrations, interfaces, batch jobs is a plus
Client-facing role – must be comfortable working with business stakeholders
Will also be leading a team of offshore developers, so needs to have leadership experience as well.
Hybrid role – Greensboro, NC
Local candidates preferred; Raleigh/Charlotte driving distance or relocation considered

Job Description

Role Summary

This is a Hybrid Application Lead role, focused on managing and supporting SAP Retail applications for a retail industry client. The position requires substantial hands-on experience in SAP SD and Retail processes, with a strong emphasis on Application Maintenance Support (AMS) and the ability to manage client relationships and resolve urgent issues. The successful candidate will be based in Greensboro, North Carolina.

Responsibilities

·         Gain hands-on experience in SAP Retail, preferably working with retail clients.

·         Provide Application Maintenance Support (AMS), with the ability to solve urgent issues.

·         Manage client relationships.

·         Utilize hands-on knowledge in Retail processes like Promotions, store operations, and store sales.

·         Work with FIORI related processes connected to Retail/Store Operations.

·         Work with interfaces / Batch jobs and S/4 Hana.

Required Skills

Job Responsibilities

·         Provide high-level, hands-on support for SAP Retail applications.

·         Apply deep functional knowledge of Retail processes, including Promotions, store operations, and sales.

·         Work with FIORI processes and possess strong knowledge of interfaces and Batch Jobs.

·         Demonstrate mandatory working knowledge of the S/4 HANA environment.
