Role Summary
This is a Hybrid Application Lead role, focused on managing and supporting SAP Retail applications for a retail industry client. The position requires substantial hands-on experience in SAP SD and Retail processes, with a strong emphasis on Application Maintenance Support (AMS) and the ability to manage client relationships and resolve urgent issues. The successful candidate will be based in Greensboro, North Carolina.
Responsibilities
· Gain hands-on experience in SAP Retail, preferably working with retail clients.
· Provide Application Maintenance Support (AMS), with the ability to solve urgent issues.
· Manage client relationships.
· Utilize hands-on knowledge in Retail processes like Promotions, store operations, and store sales.
· Work with FIORI related processes connected to Retail/Store Operations.
· Work with interfaces / Batch jobs and S/4 Hana.
