AEP (Adobe Experience Platform) Tester
AEP (Adobe Experience Platform) QA Analyst
We are looking for an experienced QA Analyst with strong hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), CRM integrations, and Marketo migrations. The role will focus on validating end-to-end customer data flows, marketing journeys, system integrations, and migration activities to ensure data accuracy and a seamless customer experience.
Perform end-to-end QA testing for Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) across customer data, profiles, audiences, journeys, campaigns, and downstream activations.
Validate AEP XDM schemas, datasets, identity resolution, Real-Time Customer Profiles, audience segmentation, and destinations to ensure accurate data processing.
Test AJO journeys and campaigns, including entry criteria, triggers, conditions, branching, personalization, scheduling, suppression rules, and customer communications.
Conduct integration testing across CRM, AEP, AJO, Marketo, APIs, and other upstream and downstream systems to verify seamless data movement and system behavior.
Support CRM-to-Marketo migration testing, including validation of lead, contact, account, campaign, consent, preference, and historical marketing data.
Perform source-to-target data validation and reconciliation, including field mappings, data transformations, record counts, duplicates, missing records, and business rule validation.
Validate Marketo and CRM synchronization, including lead updates, campaign triggers, lifecycle changes, smart campaigns, and automated marketing workflows.
Perform API and backend testing using tools such as Postman and SQL, including validation of JSON payloads, API responses, batch files, and real-time data feeds.
Create and execute functional, integration, migration, regression, and end-to-end test scenarios, and track defects through tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.
Work closely with business teams, product owners, business analysts, marketing teams, developers, and technical stakeholders to understand business requirements, clarify acceptance criteria, identify gaps, support UAT, troubleshoot issues, and ensure solutions meet business expectations.
