Summary

PROLIM Global Corporation is hiring a Network Security Analyst for a direct client.

Title: Network Security Analyst

Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid)

Key responsibilities include:

Vulnerability Remediation: Manage remediation assignments in ServiceNow IT Remediation Workspace; coordinate emergency/high‑risk CVEs and exception scenarios.
ServiceNow Management: Create and update remediation tasks, change requests, and configuration items; ensure documentation meets audit standards.
Change Management: Prepare and present remediation changes to CAB, covering risk, scope, testing, rollback, and mitigation.
Cross‑Platform Coordination: Work with SMEs across Windows, Linux (RHEL), and Citrix platforms to align remediation requirements.
Tracking & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of vulnerabilities, approvals, implementation status, and closure evidence; support compliance and audit reporting.

II. Candidate Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 3 years coordinating server vulnerability remediation in enterprise environments
Minimum 3 years hands‑on experience with ServiceNow, including Change Management and IT Remediation Workspace
Minimum 3 years experience presenting changes to CAB and managing change processes
Minimum 3 years practical knowledge of Windows Server, Linux Server, and Citrix Infrastructure
Minimum 3 years strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple remediation efforts
Minimum 3 years strong written and verbal communication skills for CAB and cross‑team coordination
Preferred: 1 year supporting remediation in government, regulated, or large enterprise environments
Preferred: 1 year familiarity with vulnerability management workflows involving CSOC, Infrastructure, and Application teams
Preferred: 1 year experience coordinating emergency or out‑of‑band remediation
Preferred: 1 year exposure to audit, compliance, or evidence collection related to remediation
