Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Oracle PLM Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud PLM and/or Oracle Agile PLM. The consultant will support PLM process optimization, product data management, workflow configuration, business requirements, integrations, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure and optimize Oracle PLM workflows and business processes
Support Product Lifecycle Management and Product Data Management processes
Gather and document business requirements
Support change management and product development processes
Ensure product data quality, integrity, and governance
Develop reports, dashboards, KPIs, and operational metrics
Work with business and technical teams to improve PLM adoption
Support PLM integrations with other enterprise systems
Provide training, documentation, and knowledge transfer

Required Skills:

5+ years of Oracle PLM experience
Oracle Fusion Cloud PLM and/or Oracle Agile PLM
Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
Product Data Management (PDM)
Change Management
PLM Workflow Configuration
Business Requirements Gathering
Process Improvement
Reporting and Dashboards
Strong communication and stakeholder management

Preferred: Cloud Infrastructure or SaaS environment experience.
