Facility Communication Specialist and Facility Events Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are excited to welcome a creative and detail-oriented Facility Communication Specialist and Events Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing events and developing and managing facility content for our department using various platforms, creating facility brochures for business stakeholders, and developing engaging content and visuals for office events. This role also involves managing a quarterly digital newsletter, designing eye-catching mailers on office updates, policies, and events, preparing monthly business review presentations, and coordinating facility 3D tours. The candidate must have experience with Unily, Sharepoint, Squarespace, knowledge of CSS styles, copywriting experience, and graphic design skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement communication strategies to support facility operations and objectives.
  • Coordinate and oversee facility events, including logistics, scheduling, and promotion.
  • Manage digital and print communications, such as newsletters, announcements, and signage.
  • Serve as the point of contact for event inquiries, facility bookings, and stakeholder communications.
  • Collaborate with management and departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
  • Monitor feedback and assess the effectiveness of communications and events, recommending improvements as needed.
  • Create facility brochures to provide to business stakeholders.
  • Develop content and visuals for office events.
  • Create and manage a quarterly newsletter produced digitally.
  • Design eye-catching mailers on office updates, policies, and events.
  • Prepare monthly business review presentations.
  • Coordinate and guide facility 3D tours.
  • Analyze and report on visitor traffic identifying opportunities to improve information to key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Communications, Event Management, Public Relations, or related field.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Experience in event planning and facility coordination preferred.

Proficiency with communication tools and event management software
