Genesis10 is currently seeking an Organizational Change Management Lead - Hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Chandler, AZ. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This role is responsible for the planning, coordination, and delivery of organizational change, communication, training, and engagement deliverables for a Network AI and Agentic Transformation initiative. The ideal candidate will lead the organizational change management portion of the work, including development and oversight of communication and training materials, coordination of engagement routines, and reinforcement of adoption expectations across various domains.
Responsibilities: - Lead planning, coordination, and delivery of organizational change, communication, training, and engagement activities
- Establish and maintain program-level plans for communication deliverables, learning sessions, and adoption activities
- Coordinate execution across central teams, change champions, and federated stakeholder representatives
- Provide senior-level visibility into engagement, readiness, and adoption progress, including risks and dependencies
- Oversee the creation, review, and distribution of communication materials, templates, and training content
- Coordinate learning sessions and awareness forums to reinforce consistent messaging and increase organizational readiness
- Help shape and strengthen the Community of Practice and related engagement model to promote reuse and shared learning
- Track and assess adoption and engagement indicators to identify areas for reinforcement or intervention
- Facilitate dependency management, risk management, and impediment removal for change and transition deliverables
- Ensure execution remains aligned with agreed outcomes and stakeholder expectations
- Reinforce accountability by tracking commitments, ownership, and follow-up actions
Requirements: - Strong experience leading delivery of organizational change, communications, training, or adoption-focused initiatives across multiple teams or transformation workstreams
- Demonstrated ability to translate transformation objectives into structured change plans, communication strategies, and measurable adoption outcomes
- Experience developing or overseeing communication materials, awareness content, and learning sessions that support broad organizational change
- Strong stakeholder leadership skills, with the ability to work across central teams and senior business and technology leaders
- Experience managing delivery risks, dependencies, and milestones for complex change-related workstreams
- Ability to drive consistent communication across a federated operating model
- Experience defining or overseeing adoption planning, readiness tracking, and accountability mechanisms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for various audiences
- Experience facilitating governance forums, stakeholder meetings, and review cadences
- Experience with Agile and Scrum Master methodologies
- Proficiency in Change Management principles
- Background in Project / Technical Management
Pay range: $54.54 - $62.54 per hour
