IT Field Operations Support- Covington, VA / Evadale, TX / Cottonton, AL / Roanoke Rapids, NC / Longview, WA (Onsite) Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Field Operations Engineer to provide advanced onsite technical support in a fast-paced production environment. The role involves troubleshooting and maintaining end-user hardware, operating systems, networking, telecom, and enterprise IT infrastructure. You will support Windows and Apple systems, mobile devices, printers, and network connectivity while ensuring smooth technology operations across office, lab, and manufacturing environments.
The ideal candidate will handle Level II incident resolution, manage IT assets, support audio/video conferencing systems, and collaborate with enterprise IT teams to maintain service delivery and ITIL-based processes. This position also requires mentoring junior technicians, participating in IT projects, performing network troubleshooting, and serving as the primary IT site contact for business leaders, vendors, and regional IT teams. The role includes 24x7 on-call rotation support and occasional travel to regional locations.
Experience: 5+ years in IT Field Support / Desktop Support / Infrastructure Support
Key Skills: Windows OS, O365, Active Directory, SCCM, networking, hardware troubleshooting, mobile device support, ITIL environment, AV systems, and enterprise IT operations.
