Summary

Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Analyst to support cloud transformation and IT change initiatives. The candidate will help teams adapt to new processes, tools, and cloud operating models by driving user readiness, communication, training, and adoption activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct change impact and readiness assessments
Support communication plans and user engagement activities
Assist with training coordination and knowledge transfer sessions
Work with business and IT teams during transition activities
Track adoption metrics, feedback, and overall change effectiveness
Support organizational readiness for new cloud environments

Required Skills & Experience:

5+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM) or transformation programs
Experience supporting large IT, digital transformation, or cloud migration projects
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with training, user adoption, and change readiness activities
Familiarity with tools such as SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and training platforms
