The ideal candidate is a hands-on Salesforce Administrator who also understands Agile delivery and can help drive Scrum practices across CRM initiatives. This person should be comfortable balancing configuration work, sprint coordination, and business analysis responsibilities. They should be proactive, detail-oriented, collaborative, and able to work effectively with Product Owners, developers, business stakeholders, and support teams.
