Summary

We are seeking a Patient Support Operations & Specialty Pharmacy Manager to oversee specialty pharmacy operations, vendor relationships, patient access escalations, and reporting. This role is ideal for a healthcare/pharmaceutical professional with strong knowledge of payer structures, patient support programs, specialty pharmacy operations, and Salesforce CRM.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience.
Strong understanding of Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid payer structures.
Experience in patient support, pharmaceutical access/reimbursement, specialty pharmacy, or commercial operations.
Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and reporting/dashboard tools.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Continuous improvement mindset with a strong focus on patient experience.
