Description:
We are hiring a
Senior Technical Recruiter (Full Desk) to grow our Technology Search (permanent placement) business in Westwood.
This is a
full-desk, revenue-producing role responsible for both client development and candidate execution. The position is focused on building relationships across the Los Angeles market and delivering high-quality permanent placements across a range of technology functions.
The role supports hiring across both
core IT infrastructure and operations as well as higher-skilled areas including
ERP, CRM, Data, Security, and Cloud.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and expanding direct client relationships across the LA technology market
- Generating new business through consistent outbound activity and networking
- Managing a full desk: both business development and candidate delivery
- Identifying, qualifying, and closing permanent placement opportunities
- Recruiting and placing technology professionals across multiple skill sets
- Owning the full lifecycle process: intake, sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and close
- Developing pipelines of talent within specialized and in-demand technology areas
- Expanding client relationships into ongoing hiring partnerships
- Contributing to a high-performance, results-driven sales and recruiting culture
This role offers the opportunity to operate with

Requirements Requirements:
- 3-8 years of experience in recruiting or staffing, preferably within Technology or closely related markets
- Experience running a full desk (client development + recruiting) or strong interest in doing so
- Proven ability to generate revenue through placements, business development, or both
- Familiarity with technology roles (infrastructure, application development, ERP, data, or cloud) preferred
- Strong business development skills, including outbound prospecting and relationship building
- Ability to manage a full lifecycle recruiting process independently
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- High level of activity, competitiveness, and accountability
- Experience working within or knowledge of the Los Angeles market is preferred
