Job Title: SAP Solution Architect – O2C & P2P (S/4HANA)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Solution Architect with deep expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes within SAP S/4HANA environments.

The architect will define end-to-end solutions, lead design workshops, drive business-process transformation, and ensure seamless integration across SAP functional areas. This role requires strong technical leadership, stakeholder management, and experience delivering large-scale SAP transformation programs.

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of SAP experience with strong O2C and P2P expertise.

• At least three full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations, including Greenfield and/or Brownfield programs.

• Strong experience with SAP SD, MM, and FI/CO integration.

• Expertise in SAP Business Partner, procurement, supplier management, sales order management, billing, revenue recognition, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Fiori applications.

• Knowledge of SAP BTP, APIs, CDS Views, and integration technologies.

• Strong understanding of SAP best practices, Clean Core principles, and SAP Activate methodology.

• Experience leading business-process transformation and harmonization initiatives.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture for O2C and P2P processes.

• Develop solution blueprints, architecture diagrams, RICEFW strategies, and integration designs.

• Conduct fit-gap assessments, impact analyses, and solution-validation workshops.

• Design and optimize customer master, sales orders, pricing, rebates, credit management, delivery, billing, invoicing, returns, and accounts receivable processes.

• Architect procurement, sourcing, vendor management, purchasing, inventory, service procurement, invoice verification, accounts payable, and supplier collaboration solutions.

• Ensure integration across SAP SD, MM, FI/CO, MDG, EWM, Ariba, BTP, and external applications.

• Define approval workflows, release strategies, and procurement-governance processes.

• Guide onsite and offshore teams and provide architectural governance.

• Support SIT, UAT, cutover, deployment, go-live, and hypercare activities.

• Mentor consultants and lead issue resolution and continuous-improvement initiatives.
