Summary

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM Associate with strong expertise in Oracle EPM Planning and ARCS. The role focuses on supporting budgeting, forecasting, reconciliation processes, and data integrations within the Oracle EPM Cloud environment.


Required Skills & Experience

  • 8–10 years of experience in Oracle EPM
  • Strong hands-on experience with:
    • Planning (EPBCS / PBCS) – primary focus
    • ARCS (Account Reconciliation Cloud Service) and Transaction Matching
  • Strong finance and accounting domain knowledge
  • Experience with EPM Cloud data integration and automation tools

Key Responsibilities

<>Oracle EPM Planning
  • Configure and support EPBCS / PBCS applications for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning
  • Build and maintain planning models, dimensions, metadata, and security
  • Develop and support business rules, calculation scripts, forms, and dashboards
  • Support budget cycles, forecasting, and what-if analysis
  • Enable and support Smart View (Excel reporting and analysis)
  • Optimize system performance and calculation efficiency

<>ARCS & Transaction Matching
  • Configure and support ARCS for reconciliation and financial close processes
  • Manage reconciliations, profiles, rules, and workflow approvals
  • Configure transaction matching rules, tolerances, and automation logic
  • Support reconciliation execution, exception handling, and close cycles
  • Provide audit support with proper documentation and traceability

<>Data Integration & Automation
  • Support integrations using Data Exchange from ERP systems, sub-ledgers, and flat files
  • Monitor and execute end-to-end data pipelines across Planning and ARCS
  • Use EPM Automate for:
    • Data and metadata loads
    • Application backups and restores
    • Job scheduling and environment management
  • Troubleshoot data load issues and ensure data consistency

<>Testing & Documentation
  • Support UAT activities, defect tracking, and validation
  • Maintain functional documentation and configuration details
  • Assist in user training and knowledge transfer

<>Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Work closely with finance and accounting teams to gather requirements
  • Translate business needs into EPM configurations
  • Provide production support and issue resolution
