Workday Analyst with Recruitment Certification

Must have Workday Recruitment (Talent Acquisition) Certification.

Job Description:

• 5+ years of hands-on functional experience in Workday HCM, specifically in the Talent Acquisition / Recruitment module.
• Must have active Workday Recruitment (Talent Acquisition) Certification.
• Experience in configuring and maintaining end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including job requisitions, candidate management, interview scheduling, and offer process.
• Strong knowledge of business process framework (BPF), security roles, notifications, and approval workflows in Workday.
• Experience working with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional configurations.
• Ability to support integrations related to recruiting such as background checks, job boards, and third-party vendors.
• Hands-on experience with reporting, calculated fields, dashboards, and recruitment analytics.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and perform system enhancements.
• Strong communication skills with ability to interact directly with client stakeholders and HR business users.
