Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Azure DevOps Engineer with 10+ years of IT experience and deep expertise in Azure cloud infrastructure, CI/CD automation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and enterprise DevOps transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available cloud-native DevOps solutions in Microsoft Azure environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement end-to-end CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Automate build, release, and deployment processes for enterprise applications.
• Architect and manage Azure cloud infrastructure (IaaS, PaaS).
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform / ARM Templates / Bicep.
• Configure and manage Azure services such as:
• Azure App Services
• Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
• Azure Functions
• Azure Storage
• Azure SQL / Cosmos DB
• Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker & Kubernetes (AKS).
• Implement monitoring and logging using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights.
• Establish DevSecOps best practices including security scanning and compliance checks.
• Manage source control and branching strategies using Git.
• Work closely with Development, QA, and Infrastructure teams to streamline release cycles.
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure high availability and reliability.
• Optimize cost, performance, and scalability of Azure environments.
• Lead DevOps transformation initiatives and mentor junior engineers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10+ years of overall IT experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on Azure DevOps and Azure Cloud experience.
• Strong expertise in:
• Azure DevOps Pipelines (YAML)
• Terraform / ARM / Bicep
• AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service)
• Docker
• Experience with scripting languages:
• PowerShell
• Bash
• Python
• Strong understanding of:
• CI/CD best practices
• Infrastructure automation
• Microservices architecture
• Cloud security & governance
• Experience implementing RBAC, Azure AD integration.
• Knowledge of branching strategies (GitFlow, Trunk-based development).
• Experience with automated testing integration in pipelines.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Azure certifications (AZ-400, AZ-104, AZ-305).
• Experience with hybrid cloud environments.
• Exposure to multi-cloud (AWS/Google Cloud Platform) is a plus.
• Experience with SonarQube, Nexus, JFrog, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience working in enterprise-scale environments.
