Team Overview

This role supports a commerce and consumer-facing user experience team focused on improving shopping and merchant-related digital experiences. The team works cross-functionally to deliver thoughtful, scalable, and high-impact solutions under tight timelines.
Role Summary

The Program Manager will partner closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to drive successful delivery of UX initiatives. This position requires a strong understanding of strategic priorities, product goals, and technical constraints, along with the ability to coordinate complex workflows across multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a strong understanding of organizational strategy, product objectives, and technical limitations to help the design team deliver maximum impact within constrained schedules.
  • Identify opportunities to improve team processes, tools, documentation, asset management, and workflows, and design solutions that scale across projects.
  • Collaborate directly with designers, product managers, program managers, and engineers to execute on team goals, including:
    • Requirements definition
    • Project scheduling and timeline management
    • Resource planning and allocation
    • Cross-team coordination and approval workflows
  • Support designers with project setup and organizational needs, including intake processes, allocation planning, deliverable tracking, and action item follow-up.
  • Partner with other program managers to brainstorm, design, iterate, and continuously improve programs across the broader organization.
  • Communicate clearly and proactively with cross-functional stakeholders regarding project status, risks, dependencies, resource needs, and shifting priorities.
  • Identify overlaps and collaboration opportunities across teams to improve efficiency and alignment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with engineering and product partners, serving as a key connector between UX, product management, and engineering teams.
