Minimum qualifications
You must meet these minimum qualifications to apply for this job
BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years of relevant experience, such as technical program management or technical project management.
Experience working with development methodologies, such as scrum or agile.
Experience managing execution and working with software engineers and product managers.
Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills.
Ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously and drive them to successful completion, with a wide range of stakeholders and tight timelines.
Passion to learn new tools and processes
Preferred qualifications
Having as many of these specific qualifications is a plus, but transferable skills/experiences may be equally valuable
Advanced data analysis and synthesis skills, including understanding of data visualization, SQL, and building metrics dashboards
Experience with AI/LLM workflow integration, specifically managing simultaneous qualitative data synthesis from multiple sources to accelerate UXR efficiency.
Strong "Metric Storytelling" abilities-capable of translating complex data tracking into high-level strategic narratives to drive executive investment and highlight cross-org dependencies.
Deep understanding of UX strategy and the Product Development Process (PDP), with the ability to elevate research from a late-stage validation step to a foundational strategic driver.
Familiarity with tracking CE OKRs, defining business cases for scaled AI investments, and optimizing team cultural programs.
