Job Title: Java Technical Lead
Location: Minneapolis, MN (Onsite)
Experience: 12+ Years
Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week; increasing to 4 days from February

Client Note : Seeking a strong, hands-on Java Technical Lead with 12+ years of overall experience and 6+ years of Agile delivery leadership experience.

Required Skills:

• Strong Java and Spring Boot expertise
• Hands-on AWS experience
• Apache Kafka and event-driven architecture
• Strong SQL/NoSQL database knowledge
• Technical leadership, Agile delivery, and team coordination
• Experience with microservices and REST APIs

Requirements:

• Must be local to Minneapolis, MN.
• Must be comfortable with the hybrid onsite schedule.
• Must demonstrate strong technical expertise and delivery leadership.
