Position: Python Developer/Data Engineer
Location: Plano, TX (Hybrid)

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Developer IV to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing scripts and tools for automation, creating ETLs, and developing solutions on cloud-based architecture. This role requires expertise in data engineering, cloud technologies, and advanced Python development. The candidate will also play a key role in evangelizing strategic technologies in public APIs, Big Data, and Analytics.
Responsibilities: - Develop scripts and tools for automation of system provisioning, deployment, upgrade, and scaling using Python.
- Create ETLs to extract data from various operational systems.
- Develop solutions on cloud-based architecture.
- Evangelize key strategic technologies in public APIs, Big Data, and Analytics.
- Collaborate with teams to implement data-driven projects in AWS environments.
Qualifications: - 5+ years of hands-on experience with relational, dimensional, and/or analytic platforms (RDBMS, NoSQL, dimensional data platforms, ETL, and data ingestion protocols).
- Experience with data warehouse, data lake, and enterprise big data platforms.
- Strong knowledge of metadata management, data modeling, and related tools.
- Proven experience in team management, communication, and advanced SQL skills.
- Expertise in AWS CloudFormation and Lambda.
- Proficiency in Terraform and GitLab, essential for the Fannie Mae ecosystem.
- Advanced knowledge in Python development.
- Strong technical acumen around AWS environments for data-driven projects.

Pay Range: $70-75/hr. on W2
