Summary

A SailPoint Developer designs, implements, and maintains Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow. Key responsibilities include creating custom rules, workflows, and connectors (SCIM/REST/JDBC) using Java, BeanShell, and XML to automate user provisioning, compliance, and access certifications.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Development: Build and configure IdentityIQ/IdentityNow platforms, including custom workflows, rules, and forms.
Integration: Develop connectors to integrate SailPoint withtarget applications, including Active Directory, LDAP, HRIS systems, and SaaS applications.
Provisioning & Lifecycle: Implement Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes and automated provisioning.
Compliance & Reporting: Create access certifications, compliance reporting, and audit support tools.
Troubleshooting: Perform L3 support, debugging, and performance tuning

Required Technical Skills

Platform Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) or IdentityNow (IDN).
Languages: Strong Java, BeanShell scripting, XML, and SQL skills.
IAM Technologies: Knowledge of IAM protocols and directories (LDAP, AD, SCIM, SAML, OAuth2).
API & Scripting: Experience with REST APIs and JSON for integration
