Job Title: HR Shared Service Specialist (6 Positions)

Location: West Palm Beach, FL (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite)

Duration: 12-Month Contract (Potential Extension)

Positions: 6

Start Date: Immediate

Schedule: Candidates must be available to work in EST or PST time zones.

 

Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced HR Shared Service Specialists to join a dynamic People Services team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in HR operations, employee lifecycle management, benefits administration, onboarding, I-9 processing, offboarding, and HRIS systems. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver exceptional employee support while ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries from employees and managers through the HR service portal.

• Provide support throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, benefits administration, I-9 verification, and offboarding processes.

• Ensure accurate and timely resolution of HR service requests and inquiries.

• Maintain and enhance HR knowledge base articles, policies, and procedures to improve employee self-service capabilities.

• Identify, resolve, and escalate process inconsistencies, inefficiencies, and compliance-related concerns.

• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence, including Payroll, Total Rewards, and Talent Acquisition teams.

• Monitor service issues and proactively identify opportunities for process improvements.

• Contribute to enhancements of HR systems, tools, policies, and operational processes.

 

Required Qualifications:

• Experience working in HR Shared Services, HR Operations, or HR Service Delivery environments.

• Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in HR Benefits Administration.

• Hands-on experience with Employee Onboarding and I-9 Verification processes.

• Experience managing Employee Offboarding activities.

• Strong working knowledge of HRIS systems.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Critical thinking and analytical problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to quickly learn new processes and connect information across multiple HR functions.

• Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting large enterprise HR organizations.

• Knowledge of employee lifecycle processes and HR compliance best practices.

• Experience working with cross-functional HR teams.

 

Work Environment:

• Hybrid work schedule – 3 days onsite in West Palm Beach, FL.

• Company-issued Mac laptop provided.

 

Interview Process:

• One-round manager interview.

The national base pay range below is a good-faith estimate of what our client may pay for new hires. Actual pay may vary based on Client''''''''s assessment of the candidates knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, certifications and ability to meet required minimum job qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include prevailing wages in the work location and internal equity. $24 - $29 per hour on W2 (Depends on Experience).
