Pega Systems Analyst OR Pega Business Systems Analyst, Call Center
Top 9 Technical Skills:
- Write technical User Stories, translate the "What" into the "How"
- Pega Product Experience is Preferred However some Workflow Platform is required
- Background and experience in "Process workflow A to B to C with decision points, either systemic or personalized
- 401K a huge plus, finance a minimum
- Interfacing Workflows with 3rd party products such as Salesforce
- Defining Operational processes User Stories supporting Retirement Backoffice processes
- Salesforce and Call Center experience (++)

Job Description:
This Systems Analyst will translate the Business Analysts User Stories ("What") into technical User Stories ("How"). This project is related to a Pega workflow application/platform and will interface with both Salesforce and call center.
