Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Functional Consultant / Project Lead for a multi-cloud initiative focused on an Oracle-to-Salesforce migration. This role combines hands-on declarative configuration, functional design, and project oversight while collaborating closely with executive stakeholders and technical implementation teams.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

• Project & Process Leadership: Lead Oracle-to-Salesforce migration workflows, map out complex process flows, and drive best-practice architectural decisions.
• Functional & Technical Configuration: Provide hands-on declarative configuration (Flow), evaluate out-of-the-box functionality, and recommend solutions for complex business needs.
• Data & Integration Management: Assist with data conversion/maintenance and advise on integration patterns (e.g., MuleSoft) for legacy Oracle data streams.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Mentorship: Act as a primary author/contributor for project deliverables, deliver executive presentations, and provide ongoing mentorship and knowledge transfer to client team members.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 7+ years as a Salesforce Functional Consultant, Business Analyst, or Solution Architect with direct experience leading Oracle-to-Salesforce migrations.
• Cloud Expertise: Deep functional knowledge of Sales Cloud and CPQ, alongside solid expertise in Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• AI & Technical Skills: Practical experience with Salesforce AI tools (Agentforce / Einstein) and Flow automation. Strong understanding of integration architectures and AppExchange products.
• Communication: Exceptional executive-level presentation skills and stakeholder management capabilities.
