Role: Senior MS 365 Engineer

Key Responsibilities
The Senior O365 Engineer will:
- Provide O365 administration, including Exchange administration, Quest Archive Manager administration, Active Directory administration, and mail flow troubleshooting.
- Deliver Tier 3 messaging support and perform FOIA and legal searches using Microsoft Purview.
- Manage user administration for email and Microsoft Teams.
- Coordinate assistance and guidance to customers within agreed service timelines.
- Identify solutions to customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical support to Network Engineers, Systems Engineers, and other IT staff.
- Deliver technical training when requested by management.
- Monitor systems and proactively respond to technical issues.
- Provide after-hours support when required.
Required Skills and Knowledge
Technical Skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration
- Experience with Exchange / Outlook configuration and administration
- Knowledge of eDiscovery and Microsoft Purview
- Experience managing Microsoft Teams policies
- Microsoft license administration
- Experience with Quest Archive Manager
Infrastructure Knowledge
- Active Directory administration
- Domain Controllers
- File and Print services
- DNS, DHCP, FTP, IIS
- Internet communication protocols
- Windows / Linux / VMware environments
- Server administration and software tools
Professional Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical staff
- Strong collaboration and customer service skills
- Experience supporting executive leadership and business stakeholders
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent education and experience)
- Minimum 2 years of professional IT experience
