Summary

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Java Spring Boot Developer with expertise in Microservices and Redis to develop and support enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience building scalable Java applications, REST APIs, and modern cloud-native solutions.

Required Skills:

8+ years of Java application development experience
Strong experience with Java 8/11/17, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot
Hands-on experience with Microservices architecture
Strong expertise in Redis for caching and performance optimization
Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs
Knowledge of Spring Cloud, Eureka, Config Server, Feign Client, and API Gateway
Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar messaging platforms
Strong experience with Hibernate/JPA and relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL)
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps
Experience with Git, Maven, and Gradle
Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning skills
Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Skills:

Banking or Financial Services domain experience
Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
Agile/Scrum environment experience
Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Splunk, Grafana, or Prometheus

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java applications
Build and enhance Microservices using Spring Boot
Implement Redis caching solutions for high-performance applications
Develop secure RESTful APIs and integrations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the SDLC
Participate in code reviews, testing, and production deployments
Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance
Follow coding standards and development best practices
