What We re Looking For
We re seeking a senior-level database and data platform professional who combines deep technical expertise with strong business acumen.
Experience: 5+ years of experience managing cloud-based database platforms, data warehouses, or analytics systems. Strong experience with AWS-based technologies such as Amazon Redshift, Snowflake, PostgreSQL, or similar platforms. Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or other regulated industries strongly preferred.
Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced SQL proficiency. Experience with data transformation tools such as DBT, Matillion, Python, or similar platforms. Strong understanding of data modeling, database architecture, data warehousing, and data governance/security concepts. Experience supporting production-grade analytics and reporting environments.
Core Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to independently lead complex technical initiatives end-to-end. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to engage with executive stakeholders. Proven ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.
