Pega Architect with Healthcare background

We are seeking an experienced Pega Architect to lead architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-grade BPM and Case Management solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Pega PRPC, healthcare domain knowledge, and experience designing scalable, high-performance solutions in regulated environments.

This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder collaboration, and hands-on technical expertise in Pega 8.x platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture and design of Pega-based enterprise solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Define best practices, guardrails, and governance for Pega development.
• Design reusable components, frameworks, and integration strategies.
• Architect integrations with external systems (REST/SOAP APIs, Kafka, MQ, etc.).
• Provide technical leadership to development teams and conduct code reviews.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulatory requirements (HIPAA, CMS guidelines).
• Optimize performance, scalability, and security of Pega applications.
• Support DevOps, CI/CD pipeline integration, and cloud deployments (AWS/Azure).

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience with 7+ years in Pega PRPC.
• Strong experience in Pega 8.x architecture and design.
• Pega CSSA/LSA certification preferred.
• Experience in Case Management, Workflows, Decisioning, and Integration Services.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC)
• Pega Customer Service / Pega Smart Dispute / Healthcare frameworks
• REST/SOAP integrations
• SQL & database design
• Experience working in healthcare or health insurance domain.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture patterns.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
