Role: CLM Business Analyst

Locations: 100% Remote (EST/ CST Only)

Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Note: Ability to work in USA Eastern business hours (8 AM ET to 5 PM ET).

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Analyst to join our Contract Lifecycle Management team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong CLM background with an understanding of Contract Management Process.
Knowledge and understanding of configuring CLM platform like Docusign or Icertis is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct workshops with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements for CLM projects.
Analyze, document, and redesign current-state contract configuration and workflows.
Strong ability to analyze complex processes and translate them into functional, user-centric technical specifications
Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, demos, UATs and other key meetings with client stake holders.
Act as the primary liaison between the client and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project requirements.
Configure CLM platform - Docusign, including setting up workflows, templates, metadata, and user dashboards.
Support user acceptance testing (UAT), develop test cases, and troubleshoot issues to ensure quality.
Collaborate with both onshore and offshore team members to ensure seamless project delivery.
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
