Oracle SCM Consultant

Role: Oracle SCM Consultant

Location: Atlanta, GA & Plano, TX (ONSITE)

Required Qualifications

Experience

· 10+ years of experience working with Oracle on‑prem applications, with a strong focus on Supply Chain.

· Proven experience in large, complex, highly customized Oracle environments.

· Experience supporting business‑critical systems in high‑volume, consumer‑facing domains.

Technical Skills

· Strong hands‑on experience with:

o Oracle Order Management

o Inventory

o Warehouse Management

o Transportation

o Procurement

· Experience building custom Oracle extensions, integrations, and APIs.

· Strong Java background with experience in Spring Boot / microservices.

· Solid understanding of service orchestration and integration patterns.

Cloud & Platform Skills

· Hands‑on or architectural experience with Azure services.

· Working knowledge of AWS and/or OCI.

· Ability to design portable architectures that work across multiple cloud platforms.

Functional & Soft Skills

· Strong techno‑functional mindset (approximately 70% technical, 30% functional).

· Ability to understand complex business processes and system interactions.

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

· Comfortable working in ambiguous, evolving environments.

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience in telecom, mobility, or large‑scale consumer businesses.

· Exposure to Oracle Cloud / SaaS transformations (Finance or Procurement a plus).

· Experience working in long‑term transformation programs alongside legacy systems.

· Prior experience acting as a solution or enterprise architect.
