RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has an enterprise client seeking a Program Manager III in Bellevue, WA.
Summary:
The ideal candidate will be excited to support launching a new program from the beginning of its life cycle and will have familiarity with recruiting top talent who lead sales generation with both small, medium, large, and enterprise customers. We are reinventing the approach to selling in this industry and looking for a candidate who can help identify and support top-tier talent at scale while providing a high level of candidate experience while supporting various hiring managers.
Responsibilities:
* Managing a pooling req/pipeline designed to hire up to 80
* Meet with candidates to answer initial questions and vet for initial scope, location, etc.
* Collect, collate, and organize supporting information to the recruiting process (resumes, etc.)
* Build and report on tracking mechanisms to provide visibility to pipeline
* Schedule hiring loops between the candidate, HM, and other identified interviewers
* Provides positive hand-off of inclined candidates to HM who will generate offers
* Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
* Performs a variety of tasks; May lead and direct the work of others
REQUIREMENTS:
* Requires a Bachelor's degree or at least 8 years of experience in the field or in a related area
* Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
* A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
* Reports to a manager or head of a unit/department
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
