Role: Change Management PMO
Location: Santa Clara, CA 95050 – Onsite 5 Days/Week
Type: Contract
Duration: 6–12 Months
Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Change Management Consultant to support a large-scale digital transformation across Oracle Fusion, Workday, and Salesforce. The consultant will drive change strategy, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, readiness, and user adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute change management strategies using Prosci/ADKAR.
- Lead stakeholder engagement, executive communications, and workshops.
- Conduct change impact and readiness assessments.
- Develop training, communications, and adoption plans.
- Manage resistance and drive user adoption.
- Partner with PMO, IT, HR, and business teams on go-live readiness.
- Track adoption metrics and change outcomes.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of Change Management experience.
- Experience with large-scale ERP/HCM/CRM transformations.
- Strong stakeholder and executive communication skills.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion, Workday, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
- Prosci/ADKAR certification preferred.
- Must be available onsite in Santa Clara, CA, 5 days/week.
