Our team directly contributes to the development of AIML algorithms across many of Apple's products, specifically in regards to Siri and Apple Intelligence. In this role, you will drive organizational change initiatives that transform how our operations deliver data at scale for engineering teams building robust AI features for millions of customers worldwide. You will design and lead change management strategies, develop stakeholder communications and training programs, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working across a fast-moving, global organization.
As a Change Manager within AIML Data Operations, you will lead the people side of change across a portfolio of programs that shape how our team operates. You will assess change impacts, develop and execute change management plans, and create compelling communications and training materials that drive adoption at every level of the organization. You will collaborate with program managers, DRIs, and cross-functional partners to embed change management practices into program delivery - ensuring initiatives land effectively and sustainably across global teams.\n\nYou will define change readiness strategies aligned with organizational goals, monitor adoption through data-driven insights, and proactively surface risks to leadership. Acting as a key liaison between operational leadership and impacted stakeholders, you will translate complex program changes into clear, actionable narratives that build alignment and confidence. Successful candidates are highly organized, analytically sharp, and skilled communicators who thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and care deeply about how people experience change.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Psychology, Communications, Engineering, or a related field\n5 years of experience in change management, program management, organizational development, or a related discipline, including experience on cross-functional initiatives\nDemonstrated expertise in change management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., PROSCI/ADKAR, Kotter, or equivalent frameworks)\nProven track record leading change on enterprise-scale transformation programs, including process redesign, technology adoption, or operational change\nExperience developing and delivering communications and training materials for diverse audiences across organizational levels\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to assess change impact, interpret adoption data, and develop actionable strategies\n
Change management certification (e.g., PROSCI, CCMP) strongly preferred\nExperience working within AI/ML, data, or technology operations environments\nFamiliarity with Agile delivery methodologies and integrating change management into iterative program cycles\nDemonstrated ability to work across geographically dispersed, matrixed teams in a high-velocity environment\nExperience partnering with cross-functional and corporate teams to drive consensus and establish operating guidelines\nSuperb written and verbal communication skills; able to craft crisp, influential narratives for senior leadership while also translating complexity for operational audiences\nSelf-directed and proactive - you thrive in ambiguous environments and bring structure and clarity where it is needed most\nStrong relationship-building skills; quickly establishes trust, credibility, and influence across diverse stakeholders\nStrategic thinker who continuously looks for ways to reduce friction, increase adoption, and improve the change experience for teams and individuals\nDemonstrated personal ownership, accountability, and follow-through on commitments
