Job Description
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Consultant II to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in manual and automated testing within Agile teams and a proven ability to design and execute comprehensive test strategies that meet functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements.
Work Arrangement
Hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days per week onsite.
Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases based on functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements.
- Lead test planning at the team level and ensure user stories are refined with clear acceptance criteria.
- Define in-scope and out-of-scope items during test planning and implement the team's test framework.
- Conduct test case reviews and collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure coverage.
- Identify automation opportunities and develop test automation across applicable test types.
- Condition and generate test data while ensuring data compliance; assist with sensitive data management.
- Execute manual and automated tests, record results, and report issues with actionable context.
- Participate in triage of defects and support resolution or escalation.
- Create and manage traceability from requirements through test execution and results.
- Use testing tools and follow promotion processes across environments.
- Maintain and catalog test suites across smoke, integration, and regression testing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Primary skill in Manual Testing with demonstrated end-to-end test design and execution.
- Secondary skill in Automation Testing, including building and maintaining automated suites.
- Experience working within Agile teams; ability to support backlog refinement and acceptance criteria.
- Program and Project Management capabilities for planning, reporting, and risk management.
- Understanding of test data management and compliance considerations.
Preferred Skills:
- SWIFT knowledge.
- Experience guiding Agile practices or acting as an Agile coach.
