job summary:
We are seeking a Product Analyst to support the deployment and optimization of Electronic Laboratory Notebook (ELN) systems. In this role, you will interface between scientific teams and technical units to translate complex lab workflows into GxP-compliant digital processes.

responsibilities:
- Lead requirements gathering and business process mapping for laboratory digital tools.
- Drive GxP compliance and system validation throughout software delivery lifecycles.
- Author user stories, operational test cases, and technical documentation using Jira and Confluence.
- Partner with reporting and analytics teams to support lab data governance and downstream integrations.
qualifications:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of experience as an IT Product/Business Analyst in GxP-regulated environments.
Hands-on proficiency with Electronic Lab Notebooks (preferably Revvity Signals).
Demonstrated experience delivering projects via Agile and Waterfall SDLC frameworks using Jira and Confluence.
Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Prior experience implementing end-to-end scientific lab workflows.
Working knowledge of FAIR data principles and enterprise scientific data governance.
