URGENT REQUIREMENT

Oracle EBS Reports Developer

Location: Burbank, CA

Onsite Position

We're looking for a mid-level Oracle EBS Reports Developer to build and maintain reporting solutions using Oracle Reports and Power BI. You'll work with business stakeholders, analysts, and database teams to turn data requirements into clear reports and dashboards.

We are currently unable to sponsor or support visa applications for this role.

Responsibilities:

Oracle Reports

• Design, develop, and maintain reports in Oracle Reports (6i/10g/11g) or BI Publisher.
• Write and optimize PL/SQL queries, procedures, and functions for reporting logic.
• Migrate legacy reports to modern formats or BI Publisher; debug and tune existing reports.
• Integrate reports with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) or other enterprise systems.

Power BI

• Build interactive Power BI dashboards from Oracle and other data sources.
• Develop data models, DAX measures, and calculated columns.
• Connect Power BI to the data warehouse/lake or Oracle DB (DirectQuery or import mode).
• Apply row-level security and manage workspace access and report distribution.

Skills:

• Bachelor s degree in computer science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 3 6 years developing Oracle Reports (6i/10g/11g or BI Publisher).
• 2+ years building reports/dashboards in Power BI.
• Strong PL/SQL queries, stored procedures, cursors, performance tuning.
• Experience with Oracle EBS modules (Manufacturing, SCM, Finance, HRMS, or similar) and their schemas.
• Comfortable with SQL/PL/SQL joins, analytic functions, CTEs, and query optimization.
• Familiarity with ETL concepts and version control (Git or similar).

Good to have:

• Oracle OBIEE, Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), or Fusion Analytics.
• Azure Data Services (Azure SQL, Data Factory, Synapse Analytics).
• XML/XSL-FO for BI Publisher templates.
• Agile/Scrum experience.
• Python or R for data prep.
• Power BI Premium or Embedded.
