Required Qualifications:

  • Strong expertise in Active Directory and Azure Active Directory environments.
  • Hands-on experience with SCCM (design, implementation, and administration).
  • Experience in system monitoring, patch management, and troubleshooting in enterprise environments.
  • Knowledge of OS support, hardware/software systems, and infrastructure management.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Premier Services tools and enterprise support practices.
  • Experience with incident, problem, and change management processes.
  • Design, install, maintain, and document server and cloud platform solutions in enterprise Windows Server and Azure Active Directory environments.
  • Perform daily system monitoring, maintenance, patching, error tracking, and issue remediation.
  • Administer and support Active Directory domain infrastructure, including user support, system application support, and printing support.
  • Manage and maintain Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) for deployment, monitoring, and remediation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system, application, and infrastructure issues using logs and monitoring tools.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to users, management, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain documentation and provide resolutions for Service Desk and Change Management tickets.
  • Ensure compliance with security standards, operational procedures, and enterprise policies.
  • Leverage Microsoft Premier Services tools and best practices to maintain core Windows Server platform services.
