Job DescriptionYou will be the Systems Engineer Sr for the Integration and Test team within Simulation System Test (SST) which is responsible for system integration and verification/validation of software-intensive systems.
What You Will Be DoingAs the Systems Engineer Sr you will be responsible for defining verification methods and associated System Integration Lab (SIL) capabilities, creating, maintaining, and executing verification procedures, and reporting test results including status, formal reports, and problem reports.
Your responsibilities will include:- Apply system engineering techniques to impact the direction of products to design, develop, test, and support Shared Simulation Software products for multiple programs.

Eggplant, Cucumber or other system test automation tooling
Experience with Omniview and Mission Planning conops
Ability to develop and communicate long term hardware integration strategies
Experience developing BOEs to support proposals
Technical leadership experience of small teams
Ability to build and maintain relationships, collaborate with others, engage in constructive conflict, and manage interpersonal dynamics
Security+ Certification
TS/SCI Clearance will be required for this role (Secret to start with Investigation in last 6 years)

Work Schedule InformationLockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
National Pay StatementPay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $89,300 - $157,550. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
