RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Product Owner - NG and NGL in Findlay, OH.

Overview:
We are seeking a Lead Product Owner to drive the strategy and delivery of digital solutions supporting Midstream oil and gas operations. This role is accountable for product vision, roadmap development, and execution-delivering high-value solutions that enhance operational capabilities and customer experience.

You will partner with stakeholders, Agile teams, and business leaders to prioritize features, manage the product backlog, and guide full product lifecycle delivery-from ideation through release. This role also evaluates emerging technologies, drives product innovation, and ensures alignment with business objectives and growth goals.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* Product Owner certification required; Product Management certification preferred
* 7+ years of Product Owner experience
* The ideal candidate brings strong Agile product ownership experience, a strategic mindset, and domain knowledge in midstream energy operations (measurement, accounting, scheduling)

Agile Product Ownership:
* Agile/Scrum methodology expertise
* Backlog management and prioritization
* User story creation, grooming, and sprint planning
* Cross-team coordination and dependency management

Stakeholder & Communication Skills:
* Executive and cross-functional stakeholder alignment
* Strong verbal and written communication
* Facilitating collaboration across product, engineering, UX, and business teams
* Acting as the voice of the customer

Domain & Industry Knowledge (Midstream Energy):
* Natural Gas & NGL operations
* Measurement, scheduling, and operations accounting
* Understanding of midstream workflows and systems
* Familiarity with Quorum (FLOWCAL, TIPS, TESTit) preferred

Product Development & UX:
* Design thinking (user stories, wireframing, prototyping)
* Customer-centric product design
* Identifying pain points and defining solutions
* Continuous improvement mindset

Business Acumen & Decision Making:
* Aligning product initiatives to business goals
* Data-driven decision making
* Evaluating new technologies and opportunities
* Balancing customer value, business value, and technical feasibility

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
