Business System Analyst with Data Warehouse and Data Analytics

 

We are looking for solid BA background, with examples where people have demonstrated their communication/facilitation skills. We would look for delivery experience with past large scale implementation projects specifically in the Data Warehouse and Data Analytics space. A candidate will stick out if they have a solid BA foundation and understanding of the technical delivery of large projects and working with cross functional teams.

• Experience with SDLC methodologies and Agile practices .
• Knowledge of database concepts and data analysis techniques .
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team .
• Experience with relevant IT tools and technologies .
• Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and relationships. Comfortable facilitating cross functional meetings and building consensus.
• Experience with Analytics projects
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Spotfire, Databricks, Tableau, ServiceNow, GitHub, Atlan
• Experience with SOX Compliance Requirements and Testing Considerations
• Exposure to data governance best practices

About this Team -
• Attend 1 Hr Program Core Team Weekly
• Project Specific required meetings – requirements/design sessions, follow up meetings as needed
• Attend and Participate in daily 15 Min Stand Up Meetings
• Monitor RAID and Progress on Design Decisions and complete Documentation in accordance to Project Timelines
• Schedule and Facilitate Review meetings to achieve Design Sign Off
• Schedule and Facilitate follow up meetings to work through open RAID items and complete open tasks
• Collaborate with Data Owners and Data Stewards to ensure Data Governance best practices are in place for Data Delivery
