Summary

Core Responsibilities:

Delivery & Project Management

Manage end-to-end delivery of platform implementation and configuration engagements for assigned client
Own project governance, milestone tracking, risk/issue management, and documentation (project plans, RAID logs, status reports, handover packs)
Act as primary delivery point of contact for assigned client accounts
Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams and manage cross-workstream dependencies
Facilitate client-facing governance meetings, sprint reviews, and steering committees
Proactively identify and escalate risks/blockers to leadership

Consulting & Technical Delivery

Serve as product specialist/SME, advising clients on configuration, features, and best practices
Translate client requirements into delivery plans and configuration briefs for technical teams
Partner with Solutions Architects to resolve complex technical/business issues
Configure and customize the platform to meet client-specific requirements
Drive client adoption and successful implementation outcomes

Documentation & Knowledge Sharing

Prepare client and internal reporting/presentations
Maintain knowledge base articles, best practices, and reusable delivery assets

Qualifications:

10+ years in technical/business consulting, delivery management, or enterprise software implementation
Proven client-facing delivery track record (governance, steering committees, escalation management)
Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Waterfall)
Strong requirements-translation and configuration skills; UX/UI familiarity a plus
Excellent stakeholder communication able to run both delivery governance and hands-on solution conversations
Working hours aligned to US Eastern Time (EST/EDT), Monday to Friday
PMP/ITIL or equivalent certification a plus
